About our pre-order & soft launch

Our latest Concrete Sprout capsule collection will be available for pre-order from July 1 as part of our soft launch. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, with shipments beginning on July 21. Please note that by placing a pre-order, you are reserving stock in advance and agreeing to the stated shipping timeline. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will partially fulfill your order with the in-stock items first unless otherwise requested.

Where do you ship to?

Free shipping on all US orders over $50 (orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping cost of $45). Hopefully soon enough, we can offer free shipping to all states!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The standard shipping generally takes  4-7 business days after the order is processed. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you - it may take up to 48 hours for the UPS link to update tracking information.

Do you offer faster shipping service?

Yes! We offer 2 Day Air Shipping with additional fee of $35 for any orders above $50 for US orders. For orders below $50, the additional shipping fee is $19.75.

Oh no! I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

If you require any changes (including cancellations) to your order, please email us at heythere@irinyc.com. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any modifications after 10AM EST. For any changes to the order in transit, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number. Kindly note that re-routing your package has an addition fee of $20, so please double check your shipping address!

I cannot find my package :(

For issues with delivery and tracking, the fastest way to find resolution is to contact UPS directly. If your package is missing, lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at heythere@irinyc.com within 7 days from the date you received the order delivery confirmation email. After this time period, we are not liable for the packages and are not able to claim any lost orders.

I missed my delivery. What do I do?

Sorry we missed you! For any missed delivery inquiries, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number to arrange a new delivery at your convenience. However, if the package is returned to us due to refusal or failed delivery attempts, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive the package. Please note that we will have to deduct any related returned fees from your refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

No need to text your friends in the US or look into shipping forwarders anymore! We now offer international shipping service. All international orders will be shipped via UPS at $45 shipping fee. Currently, we do not offer Express Shipping service for international orders.

What about the duties and taxes for international shipping?

The product prices displayed on the website do not include sales tax and duties. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, implying that all applicable import taxes and duties will be assessed by your country's customs, depending on your location. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales tax. For information on customs policies and updates, kindly contact your local customs office.

To settle duties and taxes, visit ups.com and enter your Tracking Number. You will find a link directing you to your local customs website, where you can make the necessary payment.
