RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy (domestic orders)?

    Here at iRi, we want you to look and feel great in our shoes! But in case you are not satisfied with your purchase of our full priced items, please follow below instructions to return your order:

    • Return request must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
    • Email us at heythere@irinyc.com with your Order Number.
    • All shoes must be in new & unworn condition with original packaging.
    • All socks & insoles must be new, unworn, and unwashed with its original packaging (pouch and envelope).
    • Please note, we cannot accept return items with defects, scuffs, or worn marks.
    • We will send out a prepaid UPS return label for you to print, attach it to the shipping box, and drop it off at a nearby UPS location.
    • Please note we are unable to accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid return label as our warehouse partner will not be able to track it.
    • Upon receiving your prepaid return label, please ship the item within 7 calendar days in order to be eligible for the refund.

    What is your return policy (international orders)?

    Should you choose to return your order, please be aware of the $45 return fee. Initiate the process by emailing us at heythere@irinyc.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid UPS label.

    The return fee will be deducted from the final return amount. Shipping fee, import duties and taxes incurred during the original order and upon return cannot be reimbursed and remain the responsibility of the customer. We are at the will of the international shipping regulations.

    1. Email us at heythere@irinyc.com with your Order Number.
    2. Once you receive the prepaid UPS Label from us, place the items in the original boxes (shoe and shipping boxes). If the original shipping box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.
    3. Print 3 copies of the Pro Forma invoice, along with the label.
    4. Schedule a pick up through ups.com, or drop off the package at your nearest UPS location and provide all paper works to UPS.

    All sale items & Market 2.0 purchases are final and are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

    Trying our shoes for the first time? We kindly ask that clean socks to be worn. Please ensure to test the footwear on a soft or carpeted surface, so as not to damage the soles.

    iRi reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.

      How long does it take for my return to be processed?

      Once received, your return will be processed within 7 business days. Please note we do not refund shipping fees. An automated Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we have given you a full refund to your original payment method. Kindly be aware that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.


       

      EXCHANGES

      What if I need to exchange my shoes for a different size?

      Love your new shoes, but not your right size? We will be more than happy to assist in size exchanges for our full priced items! Please note exchanges for different styles / colors and exchange requests for international orders are not available at this time.*

      * If you would like to exchange for a different style / color, please follow the above return instruction to return the item and place a new order.

      • Exchange requests must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
      • Email heythere@irinyc.com with your Order Number to begin the exchange process (or start a return process to place a new order online).
      • Due to inventory and carrier restrictions, kindly note that we cannot guarantee exchanges in advance.
      • All items must be in new & unworn condition with original packaging.
      • Please note, we cannot accept return items with defects, scuffs, or worn marks.
      • Upon receiving your prepaid return label, please ship the item within 7 calendar days in order to be eligible for the size exchange.
      • Exchanges are shipped to you at iRi's cost.

      Can I exchange my shoes from SALE for a different size?

      We are unable to accept exchange requests due to the limited nature of their inventory. 

      When will my new size be sent?

      When we receive your return package, we will first check if we have the requested size in stock.

      • Please note it may take 2-3 business days for our warehouse to scan your return and confirm on the new size to send it out.
      • If we do not have the size in stock, one of our crew members will email you to let you know and your full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

      Can I exchange an exchange?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange any exchange orders. To proceed, please note there will be a $30 fee to cover return and restock fee of an exchanged item. Follow the above Return Instruction to return your exchange, where this fee will be removed from the total refund fee. Then please place a new order on our website.

       

      Socks and Insoles are ineligible for exchanges.
