It all began when Janet, our founder and designer, stumbled upon a small art book featuring Etel Adnan's poetry and paintings at Mast Books in Manhattan. What seemed like simple, flat paintings at first glance turned out to be a treasure trove of beauty and energy once Janet delved into the artist’s life and inspirations.

So, instead of just adding new colors to our existing sock styles, Janet decided to create designs that radiate the same vibrant energy as Adnan’s art.

Crafted for all seasons and any occasion, these new socks strike the perfect balance—neither too thin nor too thick—and are available in four distinct styles.
